Topic 1 and Topic 2

Assalamualaikum everybody!

Today I will share and show with you all what I have learned in my class for this week. For this week, we have learned on two topics for this subject. For the first topic we learned on the Nature of Strategic Management and Vission and Mission as no 2 topic.

A company’s strategy is its action plan for outperforming its competitors and achieving superior profitability.Strategy also is about competing differently from rivals :-

            Doing what competitors don’t do or,even better,doing what they can’t do
